If you are really miffed about needing to shampoo your hair in preparation for a scheduled hair follicle drug test, the writer of the following article has a story that you ought to hear. She once had to use a special shampoo on her hair, but she did not need to take a hair follicle drug test. One summer the writer had to shampoo her hair so that it could all be removed the following day—removed in an operating room by a team working with a neurosurgeon. You, on the other hand, are going to loose only one strand of hair.If you are looking for ways to pass a hair follicle drug test, do not run to the store and buy a large bottle of bleach. No amount of bleach can penetrate into the hair shaft. No amount of breach can destroy the toxins in a hair follicle.

Some people have learned the hard way that a hair cut can not eliminate all the toxins in a head of human hair. Do not be another person who has had to learn that lesson the hard way. Never let yourself think that a haircut might help you to pass a hair follicle drug test.

Do not purchase a blow dryer, thinking that by thoroughly blow drying your hair you have increased your chances for passing a hair follicle drug test. Do not buy some sort of cap. No head covering can cover-up the toxins in a hair follicle.

In order to pass a hair follicle drug test, one must first remove any trace of a toxin from all the hair follicles. That requires acquisition of a special shampoo—a shampoo that will penetrate into the hair shaft. Each hair follicle lies within a hair shaft.

A shampoo can penetrate more easily into the shaft of a strand of thin hair. Penetration takes longer for a strand of thick hair. Not every shampoo can guarantee to provide every toxin-laden worker with the ability to pass the hair follicle drug test. Some shampoos work better for long hair; some only for short hair.

Before arriving for a hair drug test, an employee should stay away from any toxins. The employee should not use any sort of illegal substance. If the employee does use shampoo, then the employee should stay clear of cigarette smoke. Such smoke sticks readily to wet hair.

The employee needs to realize that even the best shampoo could still leave a tiny trace of toxin in the hair follicle. If an employer discovers traces of a toxin, then he or she should agree to a retest. If the test subject has avoided using drugs, alcohol or nicotine for 48 hours, then that test subject should be ready to have another strand of hair tested.

Avoidance of toxins should then ensure to the tested employee a negative test result. Shampooing, combined with a temporary avoidance of harmful substances can serve to banish any evidence of drug use by a tested employee. Those who do not want to go without drugs, even for a brief time, might want to change their religion.

Men might want to convert to the Sikh religion. Women might consider becoming Muslims. In either case, they would have grounds for refusing to take a hair drug test.

Do you have a current hair drug test coming up soon? Have you stopped taking the substances that may cause a problem ahead of time? If you haven’t, you will be in danger of losing your job if your employer sees a positive hair drug test come back. There are several ways people have come up with to pass the test. But will they work for you? And do you have enough time to implement them? If the test is unannounced, you need to act quickly in order to save your job. If you don’t, then you may be looking for other employment. An announced or unannounced hair drug test can cause quite a panic in anyone. At least with the announced test, you have time to either stop taking the substances they are looking for or implement a plan so that you can pass the test and keep your job. But so many companies today are going to the unannounced tests. They don’t want you to have a chance to stop taking substances you use regularly. They want to catch you using illegal substances whether it be drugs or alcohol. Hair drug tests can detect Marijuana, Opiates, PCP, Cocaine, and Methamphetamines.

The bad thing about hair drug tests is that the substances can stay in your hair for up to ninety days at a time. If you are not given a big enough notice, you may not be able to implement a plan to be able to pass the hair drug test. This type of test is extremely accurate. A hair drug test can go back about three months and the longer your hair is, the longer the history stays in the strand. They say that one half an inch is equal to about thirty days.

The method of this test is user friendly, no needles or invasive procedures. Hair drug kits are also the most expensive way to test for drug use on the market today. The good thing about this is most companies won’t use them and go for the cheaper urine test.

Some people have come up with several solutions as to how to beat a hair drug test. Some say just shave your head. That way, the only hair they can use is any body hair. And that grows way slower than the hair on your head. It has been said that people with very dark hair are more likely to test positive for substance abuse.

Drinking a lot of water several days before the hair drug test may help. You must drink at least two quarts a day to help flush the toxins out. The hair may or may not be affected by this solution, so try it well in advance.

There are also several shampoos that are sold that are said to remove all the drug residue from the tip of the strand to the follicle. They will guarantee the removal for up to eight hours. So if you wash your hair really good that morning, you should be able to make it through work that day and the test itself.

Of course, there is only one way to beat the test for sure. That is to completely abstain from using drugs or alcohol in any form. This may sound harsh, but it is way better for you and you don’t have to live in fear every time they mention a drug test to be done. It is also a much better way to live.

Maybe you find that you are constantly uttering these words to yourself, “Pass hair drug test.” Maybe you hear repeated claims from friends or colleagues, claims that they can offer you valuable assistance. Perhaps they complete their claims with the words, “Try this and you will do what you hope to do: pass hair drug test.” If either of the above statements describes your situation at this time, then you will want to read the following article. You will learn below how to approach a scheduled drug test, a test for which all tested employees must provide a specimen of hair.If you have learned that your employer plans to conduct a hair drug test on his or her employees, you may be consumed by one thought. If you are a drug user, you probably have one focus at this time: pass hair drug test. Perhaps you have even searched online for web sites that promise success to those who initiate a search by typing in the phrase “pass hair drug test.”

If you have not attempted an online search for help, then you might have turned to friends who say “Pass hair drug test; do this…” You might have more than on way to finish that sentence. For instance, you might have heard that by bleaching your hair you can fool a hair drug test. Perhaps you have heard that by cutting your hair you can pass the dreaded hair drug test.

Proceed carefully in your quest to reach that goal: pass hair drug test. Do not waste your energy getting unnecessary equipment, such as a hair dryer or a shower cap. Neither of those items will help a drug user to remove toxins from the hair follicles.

In order to remove toxins from the hair follicles, one must use a shampoo that can penetrate to the hair shaft. The hair follicles, the spaces where toxins can accumulate, lie along that hair shaft. How can a drug user judge the ability of a shampoo to detoxify his or her hair?

A search online for a detoxifying shampoo reveals the existence of many different types. A drug user must match his or her shampoo with the length and thickness of the hair that is holding the toxins. The drug user should also consider the probable frequency with which he or she will use that shampoo.

Finally, the drug user must accept the fact that no shampoo yields results without producing certain side effects. Those side effects include a thinning of the hair on the scalp and the creation of dry, flaky hair. Fortunately, at least one web site offers a special conditioner to the drug user who wants to avoid dry and flaky hair.

A female who worries about dry and flaky hair might want to cover her head with a scarf. A male does not usually have that option, unless he is member of the Sikh religion. In fact, an employer with a Sikh on his or her payroll might decide against the need for a hair drug test. The same thinking could influence the actions of an employer with a female, Muslim employee.

Both such employees could indicate that removal of their hair covering would be an act in opposition to their religious principles. They could then refuse to take the hair drug test.

A hair drug test uses an average of 40 mg of human hair. Since April of 2004, there has been a growing need for a way to produce a false negative reading during such a hair drug test. A number of possible suggestions have appeared on the Internet. The manufacturers of one product have described their particular product as “a body wash for body hair and scalp hair. “ They have promised to get rid of all the toxic substances in each of the 50 to 70 strands of hair that will need to be examined during the established testing process. One can not provide a single answer to the question “How does a hair follicle test work?” That is because there are currently two different ways for seeking results from a hair drug test. One involves ultra-sensitive gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The other method involves use of a radioimmunoassay.

The employer who plans to hire a service that can conduct a hair drug test should know that the radioimmunoassay (RIA) offers two advantages over GC/MS. The RIA can detect 10 to 15 times as many drugs as the GC/MS. The RIA results also offer more information. They will tell an employer the exact quantity of the detected drug that existed in the blood stream of the test subject.

Employers developed a greater interest in the hair drug test after April of 2004. During that month, the government said that Federal agencies could choose the nature of the specimen that would be used for any drug test. Prior to that announcement, the Federal agencies had all relied on the urine drug test.

The 2004 announcement gave employers in Federal agencies the ability to test for drug use with hair, saliva, sweat or urine samples. The hair drug test has been shown to be especially well-suited for use in pre-employment drug testing and in random drug testing. The hair drug test can pick up evidence of drug use as much as 90 days after the test subject has enjoyed the high from an illegal substance.
The increased use of the hair drug test has initiated a call for better ways to avoid a positive result from such a test. In order to answer that call, some manufacturers now offer drug users added information on how drug use can show up in a person’s hair. That information highlights the growth of hair.
Growth requires energy. Growth also requires the availability of important nutrients, notably protein. The blood provides body parts, such as the hair, with energy and nutrients. The blood travels to the hair follicle. Toxins in the blood can therefore enter the hair follicle.

The question then for a drug user who wants to beat a hair drug test is this: “How can I hide the presence of toxic substances in my hair follicles?” One possible answer is Zydot, a special shampoo. Zydot contains one substance that exposes the inner portion of the hair follicle. Zydot contains a second substance that penetrates into the hair and washes out any toxins that have become lodged in the hair follicle.

Zydot contains a third substance that does not assist with the removal of the toxic substances. The conditioners in Zydot allow the manufacturer to promise an absence of damage to the hair during the thorough cleaning process.

Keratin, the protein in human hair is very different from other proteins. Keratin resists any damage that might result from exposure to water or from everyday wear and tear. Keratin allows a human hair to retain all of its characteristics throughout a hair drug test. By the same token, keratin resists damage from shampoo, conditioners, mousses, gels or spray. For that reason, one can not wash out from the hair any evidence of drug use, such as evidence that that could show-up during a hair drug test. That is a problem for drug takers. There are also problems for the test givers.

While the advocates of the hair drug test point to its ability to eliminate an “invasion” of privacy, that advocacy comes almost exclusively from people who grew up in a western-oriented society. In the mind of a westerner, there is no invasion of privacy associated with the sampling of human hair. Unfortunately, a very different thought might well pass through the mind of someone from a country with an Islamic culture.

In an Islamic society, a woman must cover her hair. Her head covering must prevent the appearance of even a wisp of hair. Such a woman would not want to have the administration of a hair drug test lead to the sampling of her hair. Such a woman would no doubt see the hair drug test as an invasion of her privacy.

Fortunately, body hair can substitute for scalp hair when one conducts a hair drug test. The use of body hair might become the test method of choice in the future, especially if one recognizes the extent to which the testing of hair creates a challenge to the members of certain religious groups. In fact, Muslim women do not represent the only group of people who could object on religious grounds to the administration of a hair drug test.

Sikh men too might issue a word of protest following any request that they remove their head covering and allow their hair to be sampled. Sikh men never cut their hair. They then keep their long locks wrapped securely in some sort of head covering. That custom constitutes a sign of obedience to the Sikh teachings.

The above facts underline the possible need for replacing analysis of scalp hair with analysis of body hair. Yet what body hair should be tested? Some men have large amounts of facial hair, but women do not share with men that characteristic. For that reason, facial hair would not prove a good source of hair for a hair drug test.

Maybe the hair from the eye lash could be used in a hair drug test. The hair in an eye lash has keratin, just like human hair. It contains a basal hair follicle, just like human hair. It also has three layers, just like human hair. Such a hair, however, would not be that easy to obtain.

After all, who wants to have someone poking at their eye? If the eyelash is out as a source of human hair, then could the test-takers consider using the eyebrow?

Those are the sort of questions that remain unanswered. Those are the sort of questions that can put into better focus the looming difficulties that could arise in the future. Those are the sort of issues that could slow public acceptance of the hair drug test.
